Your Records; the Leverage

It's more than just a record management ideology but a conscious step in protecting, managing and being armed with appropriate information and tools to maintain, protect and debunk any character assasination plot, image laundering and targeted attack during and after your functioning in any environment or space. Those who keep relevant records of their functioning in any space wins because they leverage on their records to dislodge, debunk, and fight assailants.

It bothers me and calls for concern when heads of political parties, heads of national regulatory financial institutions and even major players in nations economy are tenure in, tenure out on negative limelight.

"Your records, the leverage" essentially means the information or data you have access to that gives you a position of advantage or influence in a situation; it refers to the information you hold that can be used to negotiate or achieve a desired outcome, similar to how a physical lever provides mechanical advantage.

So having a well documented records of your stewardship is key both financial and processes implementation. Only those who had their records survived the fiercest of attack whether political or just a caging mechanism.
